How to connect PriceLabs to Kigo

How to Integrate PriceLabs with an IAPI PMS

This help article applies to every PMS who is using PriceLab's Integration API.


When successfully syncing, PriceLabs can push dynamic rates along with the following restrictions for your listings for up to 730 days from today. 

  • Minimum stays

  • Check-in / Check-out Restrictions (Closed to Arrival and Closed to Departure)

  • Length of stay 

  • Weekly & Monthly Discounts

  • Extra Guest Fees

Kindly note that although we are pushing these prices and restrictions to your PMS, it depends on the PMS whether they read these values and apply these restrictions at their end or not. Kindly reach out to your PMS to check on the same.


  1. In order to add your listings in PriceLabs, please log onto your account here.


  1. Click on "Add/Reconnect Listings"


  1. Select your PMS in the dropdown and click on the checkbox to allow the PMS to add listings in your PriceLabs account and then click on Save.


 

  1. After the above step, your PMS can push your listings and their calendar for rates and availability to us. Once the listings and their calendar are updated for a minimum of 365 days of rates and availability, you will be able to review them in PriceLabs.


Kindly note that if there is any change in your listings' information or rates and availability, your PMS will have to push the updates to us, as in this case we do not pull this information from the PMS.
