How to integrate PriceLabs with GuestNova

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay, check-in/out restriction to GuestNova for up to 365 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting GuestNova to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose GuestNova from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow GuestNova to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in GuestNova

  1. Log in to your GuestNova account and enable PriceLabs on the Integrations page and enter your PriceLabs account email there

  2. Edit an apartment you'd like to link, check "Mit PriceLabs synchronisieren" and choose a base rate, then hit save

  3. Create a rate plan with the type "Extern", choose the correct PriceLabs listing below and hit save.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your GuestNova account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear on the calendar for the property where PriceLabs was enabled
