How to integrate PriceLabs with GateIn

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay to GateIn for up to 730 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting GateIn to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose GateIn from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow GateIn to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in GateIn

  1. Log in to your GateIn account and navigate to PriceLabs on the marketplace and click on set up


  2. Enter your PriceLabs account email in the PriceLabs User ID and click on connect to PriceLabs


  3. Click on Link Rooms to add your listings to Pricelabs


  4. Choose the rooms and click on Create & Link rooms

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your GateIn account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear on the calendar for the property where PriceLabs was enabled
