How to integrate PriceLabs with Artaxnet

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay, check-in/out restriction and Extra person fess to Artaxnet for up to 730 days in advance.

Alert
Make sure that the listings in Artaxnet contain at least 2 years of generated rates for successful integration.

Step 1: Connecting Artaxnet to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Artaxnet from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Artaxnet to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Artaxnet

  1. Log in to your Artaxnet account and navigate to Menu → Integrations → PriceLabs → Configure integration

  2. Enter the PriceLabs Email and select the rate plan for each category and click Link

  3. After linking, click Save and send to PriceLabs. The category must have at least 2 years of rates generated in Artaxnet. If not, generate the required rates before sending.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Artaxnet account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear on the calendar for the property where PriceLabs was enabled
