How to Integrate Hoteboost with PriceLabs

PriceLabs can send daily rates, check-in/check-out restrictions and minimum stay to HoteBoost for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting HoteBoost to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose HoteBoost from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow HoteBoost to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click
    Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in HoteBoost

  1. Log in to your HoteBoost dashboard and navigate to Settings > Pricing.
  2. Set up the listing location by navigating to Left menu Hébergements (Listings) → Modifier (Edit) on the listing and choose section Adresse & Localisation (Address &location) → Fill all the location details and choose → Localiser automatiquement (Locate automatically) fills in the GPScoordinates. If all listings are at the property address, turn on Même adresse quel'établissement (Same address as the property)

  3. Set the base nightly rates by clicking on left menu Tarifs et remises (Rates and discounts), tab Vos prix (Your prices). The Prix nuitée (Nightly price) column shows each listing's base rate. Click on Modifier (Edit) on the listing, tab Tarifs et saisons (Rates and seasons), Créer le premier tarif (Create the first rate). Type Nuitée (Per night), the price, then Sauvegarder (Save)

  4. Once the set up is done, navigate to Tarifs et remises, tab Tarification dynamique (Dynamic pricing). To the question Qui calcule le prix de vos nuits ? (Who sets your nightly prices?), the host chooses PriceLabs, enters the email address used to log in to PriceLabs, then clicks Relier mon compte PriceLabs (Link my PriceLabs account).

  5. Choose the listings that you want to sync with PriceLabs by navigating to the section Hébergements confiés à PriceLabs (Listings managed by PriceLabs). Once the above steps are completed, you can switch the toggle on for those listings

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your HoteBoost account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear on the calendar for the property where PriceLabs under the section Prix recommandés par PriceLabs (Prices recommended by PriceLabs): the next 30 days, PriceLabs price against the HoteBoost base rate, minimum stay and closed arrival days. Once sync is on, these prices and rules apply everywhere: the direct booking website, the booking widget, manual reservations, and the OTAs connected through HoteBoost's channel manager.
