How to Integrate homeFlow with PriceLabs

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay to homeFlow for up to 730 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting homeFlow to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose homeFlow from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow homeFlow to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click
    Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in homeFlow

  1. Log in to your homeFlow account and in the left menu, open Tarifs (Rates)
  2. Select the Pricing Dynamique (Dynamic Pricing) tab.
  3. Enter the email address of your existing PriceLabs account
  4. Click Activer (Activate).
  5. For each property switch "Actif" on, enter a Prix de référence (mandatory — the sync button stays disabled without it) and click "Synchroniser"
  6. Once activated, the Dynamic Pricing tab shows the connection status and one row per listing

  7. To allow automatic updates of pricing, kindly toggle on Mode

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your homeFlow account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear on the calendar for the property where PriceLabs was enabled
    2. If you have chosen manual mode, you have to accept the prices
      1. Open the Calendrier Gantt tab in Rates. For each listing and each night:
        1. Red figures are the PriceLabs recommended prices (Manual mode)
        2. Green cells show the current HomeFlow price and the minimum stay
