How to Integrate Foyera with PriceLabs

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay, check-in/out restriction and Extra person fess to Foyera for up to 500 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Foyera to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Foyera from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Foyera to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Foyera

  1. Log in to your Foyera account and open Connectors → PriceLabs, enter your PriceLabs email and press Connect.
  2. For full functionality, press Turn everything on

  3. For granular specific functionality, configure for each listing

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Foyera account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear on the calendar for the property where PriceLabs was enabled
