Step 1: Connecting Butiksoft to PriceLabs

1. Log into PriceLabs.
2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Butiksoft from the dropdown.
   
4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Butiksoft to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.
   
   

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Butiksoft

1. Log in to your Butiksoft account and navigate to Admin → Definitions → Provider Connection.
   
   
2. Find PriceLabs in the provider connection list under the Available Providers section and click the Setup button and enter the PriceLabs registered email address along with other relevant information
   
   
3. After clicking Install, the Provider Connection configuration page will appear.
   
1. Under the Send Inventory section, select the default rate plan you want to connect to PriceLabs.
   
2. After selecting the default rate plan, click Send to PriceLabs.
   
3. Once the inventory has been sent successfully, locate the Full Update section and click Send Full Update.
   
1. You will be prompted to select a start date and an end date for the update. Select the desired date range and proceed with the full update.
   

Before initiating the Full Update, ensure that prices have been entered in Butiksoft for the entire selected date range. The Full Update will use the prices available for the dates selected.

The selected default rate plan determines which rate plan PriceLabs will manage. Only the selected rate plan is sent to PriceLabs and subsequently updated by PriceLabs. Other rate plans will not be affected by the integration.
