Editing Pricing Customizations for Multiple Accounts, Groups, or Listings

Editing Pricing Customizations for Multiple Accounts, Groups, or Listings

Managing pricing customizations across multiple accounts, groups, or listings individually can be time-consuming, especially as your portfolio grows. The Bulk Edit Customization feature allows you to apply or remove supported pricing customizations across multiple entities at once, helping you maintain a consistent pricing strategy while significantly reducing manual work.

How it Works

This allows you to select multiple accounts, groups, or listings from the Customizations page and apply the same supported pricing customizations in a single workflow.

The feature currently supports the following customizations:

  • Minimum Stay Settings
  • Last Minute Prices
  • Far Out Prices
  • Orphan Day Prices
  • Occupancy Based Adjustment
  • Demand Factor Sensitivity
  • Seasonality Factor Sensitivity
  • Custom Seasonal Profile
  • Day of the Week Pricing
  • Weekend Days
  • Minimum Weekend Prices
  • Safety Minimum Price
  • Adjacent Factor
  • Booking Recency Factor
  • Rounding and Smoothing
  • No Price Updated for Unavailable Nights

How to Edit in Bulk

1. Selecting Multiple Entities

Navigate to the Customizations page and select the accounts, groups, or listings you want to update.

Note: You can select up to 100 accounts or groups in a single bulk edit operation.

2. Choosing the Bulk Edit Action

After making your selection, choose Edit Customization.

From here, you can:

  • Apply or update supported pricing customizations.
  • Remove supported pricing customizations from the selected entities.
  • Optionally preview the changes before saving.

3. Reviewing Your Changes

Before applying your updates, you can review the changes that will be made across all selected entities. If everything looks correct, click Save to apply the changes to all selected accounts, groups, or listings in a single action.

Important Notes

  • Bulk Edit currently supports only the following customizations:
    • Last Minute Prices
    • Orphan Day Prices
    • Far Out Prices
    • Occupancy Based Adjustments
  • Bulk Edit can remove supported customizations from selected entities, but it cannot reset them back to their default PriceLabs settings. A bulk reset option is planned for a future update.
  • If your selection includes a mix of legacy algorithm listings and Hyper Local Pulse (HLP) listings, you can only add or update custom values. Market-driven or PriceLabs-determined options are not available for mixed selections.
