The Copy Compset feature allows you to quickly duplicate an existing competitor set from one room type or listing to multiple others within the same account. This helps reduce repetitive setup work and ensures consistency across similar units.

Before You Start

Before using the Copy CompSet feature, keep the following in mind:

• Only room types or listings within 15 km of the source listing will appear as available destinations. Competitors that fall outside the 15 km radius of a destination listing will not be copied for that listing.
• The copied Comp sets are independent from the source after duplication. Any changes you make later in the source CompSet will not sync automatically.

How to Copy CompSets

Copying CompSets via Rate Shopper/Hotel Data

1. Navigate to Hotel Rate Shopper or Hotel Data.
   
2. Click the More Options (⋯) button.
   
3. Select Copy CompSet.
   
   
4. Choose one or more destination room types/listings.
   
1. Only eligible destinations within 15 km will appear.
   
2. If any competitors fall outside the radius for specific destinations, a message will inform you.
   
   
5. Click Confirm to complete the duplication.

Once completed, your destination listings will instantly receive the copied CompSet.

What Happens After Copying

• All copied competitor lists function as standalone CompSets.
  
• There is no ongoing synchronization, so updates made to one will not automatically apply to others.
  
• You may edit each CompSet separately to fine-tune competitor selection as needed.

Common Issues

Some competitors did not copy

1. One or more competitors in the source CompSet are located more than 15 km from the destination listing.
   
2. Only competitors within the 15 km radius will be copied.
   
3. A message in the modal and a toaster notification will indicate which competitors were excluded.
   

A destination listing does not appear in the selection option

• The listing is located more than 15 km from the source or does not belong to the same account.
  
• Ensure that both listings are within the 15 km radius and under the same account.
