Clearing your past dues

If you see a message saying "Please clear your dues" in PriceLabs, it's because your last payment to PriceLabs was declined. You would have also received emails from us about the payment decline. If we don't receive a payment within 10 days of the due date, your account is automatically locked. You can still access PriceLabs, but we'll not send any rate updates to your PMS or Airbnb.
