The Bookings Table is a newly added page within Portfolio Analytics that provides a consolidated view of all booked and blocked reservations across all listings in your account. It surfaces essential details like reservation dates, booking status (booked vs blocked), nights, revenue, and listing-level attributes such as name, city, group, sub-group, and tags. This feature offers greater transparency into the data powering Portfolio Analytics and helps streamline performance monitoring.
Before You Start
Availability: This feature is available to all users with access to Portfolio Analytics.
No additional activation is needed—simply navigate to the Bookings tab.
The data displayed reflects all imported reservations and blocks from your connected PMS.
Benefits of the Bookings Table
Helps resolve mismatches between Portfolio Analytics data and PMS reports.
Makes it easier to filter by listing tags, groups, or sub-groups—crucial for large-scale portfolio reviews.
Provides a raw view of reservation-level data, enabling performance deep-dives and data transparency.
Displays the Booking Source to help identify where reservations originated (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, PMS).
How to Access and Use the Bookings Table
Navigate to Portfolio Analytics → Bookings
Use the filters at the top of the table to view reservations by Stay Date, Booked Date, Listing Properties, or Pre-set Booking Status.
Analyze or export the data as needed for troubleshooting or performance review.
